The Methodical Breed is a progressive heavy metal band based out of Edmonton Alberta. They approached Blee-ree-eyed after realizing that a simple myspace page was simply not achieving the kind of professional and commited look they were seeking.

They needed a site that was more than merely a conduit for information about the band, they needed a site to act as a visual and creative presence for the band. They needed something that looked and felt as gritty, raw, and intense, as their sound.

They wanted to incorporate images and media of, not only the band, but issues that related to their creative philosophy.

The band's demographic was primarily younger, and more technologically savvy; this informed the decision to go a media-rich route, flash-based route.
